Payment Policy

Billing is based on the maximum guarantee, or the actual number of guest served, whichever is greater. Payment is expected and appreciated at the time services are rendered.

We accept company checks, cash, American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

For larger events, a 50% deposit is required.  Items and prices are subject to change.  A 15% service charge is added to the total.  A travel fee will apply outside of The Dalles, Oregon area!
